After successfully exiting two entrepreneurial ventures in two vastly different fields, Richard Magid uncovered his passion: working with business owners to help them achieve success. He founded SoundBoard in 2000 and set the company's roots in collaborative mastermind groups and business coaching.
As the demand grew for internal business coaching, SoundBoard began working inside its clients' companies through leadership coaching, consulting and facilitation services.
