LiquidPlanner recognized the business need for a new approach to project management and designed a new breed of project management solution reflecting the realities of today’s dynamic workplace. Nearly all other project management solutions on the market today are built on the outdated, one-dimensional Gantt Chart (initially developed in 1910) which lacks the necessary power or flexibility to deal with constant change. LiquidPlanner completely re-imagined and rebuilt a project management solution from the ground up to offer a new approach to address the complex environment of today’s projects, including management of uncertainty through ranged estimation and the use of project and task prioritization (instead of hard dates) to generate accurate schedules across multiple clients and concurrent projects.
