Pam’s web career started in 1994, when she designed websites and managed online communications for U.S. Congressman Jim Clayburn and the Food Marketing Institute. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found and manage operations at Matrix Group International, a web development firm in the Washington, D.C., area that develops web-based technologies for large and small trade associations. Her work as a consultant to small businesses further deepened her understanding of their technology needs, specifically data management tools and methodologies.
BatchBlue is itself a small business and thrives in the social CRM space providing thousands of small businesses with software to segment their customers. Pamela has provided visionary leadership of BatchBlue and a cutting edge approach to combining CRM and social media, reflecting the way many small businesses operate today.
