Gina Alagata created a highly professional, organized women's networking group called Wink (Women Inkorporated) in April of 2010.
Wink consists of a team of women who helped brainstorm, give counsel, and organize the group. Wink has grown from a small group of women meeting in El Cajon, California to five groups, averaging 20 to 70 attendees per meeting, who meet all over San Diego County and Riverside County.
Wink offers meeting venues for women in business to connect, grow and learn. Its weekly events allow opportunities for women to network with other women in a fun, safe women-only environment.
Contributions
In addition to holding regular meetings in the San Diego area, Wink also offers online resources for women entrepreneurs. The site provides videos and documents that assist female business owners in succeeding.
