Chris is also the author of “Small Business Owners Guide to Stress Free Network Support.” In this newly published book, Chris shares his expertise and experience on how business owners can find a professional, competent, honest, considerate, on-time, fairly-priced and dependable computer consultant.
As an MSP himself, Chris was frustrated with what was currently available to he and his peers when it came to appointment setting and lead-generation tools. As a result, he founded MSP Leads with the basis of being able to help other MSPs with these tasks, since most don’t have the time and/or expertise to handle on their own. Since opening MSP Leads in March 2011, Chris has helped several MSPs set appointments and collect leads that have turned into solid business deals.
