Dan Supinski

At 26 years old, Dan Supinski has already proven himself as an experienced and tactical visionary. Dan will not sleep until success is had and he is always calculating his next move on that path to accomplishment. He's an entrepreneur, having started a marketing automation firm with no debt. His company has grown from 3 co-founders and one programmer to 18 team members in one year's time. He has shown time and time again that he is not just an expert in the field of marketing automation but he is also a successful businessman.

Dan loves animals, is an avid gamer in his free time and a Colorado native who loves the outdoors. When he isn't leading his team at Iron-Point, he's most likely hiking in the Rocky Mountain Foothills, thinking about his next project or how he can help other individuals accomplish their goals.

As principal at Iron-Point Marketing, Dan contributes to the local economies in which 18 team members reside. This is done through the payment of sales taxes as well as salaries. Further, as a leader in the marketing automation industry, he's helping small businesses succeed. As a certified Eloqua partner he teaches best practices to small businesses and was recently named Sales Lead Management Associations Top 50 Most Influential People in 2011 and was the youngest to make that coveted list.

Dan created a special apprenticeship program at Iron-Point Marketing that targets eager individuals who are interested in breaking into the marketing automation field. He works closely with area universities to provide these unique, competitively paid internships in all facets of the companies operation. Dan also encourages volunteerism among his team members, offering paid time off for employees with a worthwhile cause to work with the charity of their choice.
