Pamela O’Hara is CEO of BatchBlue Software, which she co-founded in 2006. Pam is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company. As a businesswoman and a mother, Pamela is committed to running a company that can adapt to the unique needs of both its employees and its customers to foster better organization, increased productivity and a more balanced life.
Pam’s web career started in 1994, when she designed websites and managed online communications for U.S. Congressman Jim Clayburn and the Food Marketing Institute. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found and manage operations at Matrix Group International, a web development firm in the Washington, D.C., area that develops web-based technologies for large and small trade associations. Her work as a consultant to small businesses further deepened her understanding of their technology needs, specifically data management tools and methodologies.
