Karen Kerrigan is the President and CEO of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council, a prominent research and advocacy organization whose mission is to protect small business and promote entrepreneurship. Karen is also dedicated to helping women business owners - founding Women Entrepreneurs Inc. She holds a BA in Political Science from Cortland College and lives in Oakton, Virginia.

Karen Kerrigan's contribution to the small business industry is big - she is known for developing collaborative relationships with different business associations, media, public policy groups, advocacy organizations and the private sector with a goal to make a change and encourage entrepreneurship across the world.
