Julie Marie Irvin

Nominated for the 2012 Small Business Influencer Awards in:

As Julie learned while working at Disney ... imagination is important, but in order to be successful you have to consistently deliver results that generate revenue. Julie founded Keystone Resources on three key principles – to be creative, dedicated and responsive.

This vision has allowed Keystone Resources to have 85 percent of its business come from repeat clients and referrals. Throughout several years of providing outstanding services to the real estate industry, she has expanded the company to serve several industries and hundreds of clients. Her expansive energy and drive fuels Keystone Resources' success and provides clients the confidence that their mission and message will be delivered professionally, effectively and with maximum cost savings.

As part of the inaugural class of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, Julie will graduate in September 2011, at which time she plans to implement everything she learned to better her business and other fellow small businesses. In 2010 her company, Keystone Resources, saw growth in its staff and in their abilities. Taking this approach and investing in the staff have proven to be vital. The staff has attended workshops and educational encounters, offered by the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), which have in turn helped the staff in their development as business professionals. This has ultimately benefited Keystone Resources in continuing to reach its goal of hitting revenues of $1 million in 2012.
