Steve Felice serves as president and chief commercial officer for Dell. In this role, he leads the Dell sales and marketing teams that deliver innovative and practical technology solutions to consumers, small and medium businesses, public institutions and large enterprises worldwide. Prior to his current role, Steve was senior vice president and president of the Consumer, Small and Medium Business group, and also led operations for Dell in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. He has also been responsible for global corporate customers based in the US and has held various executive roles in sales and consulting services organizations. Steve joined Dell in 1999 from DecisionOne Corp., where he served as CEO and president. Under his guidance, the company became the largest independent provider of multivendor computer maintenance and technology support services in North America. Steve also worked for Bell Atlantic and spent five years with Shell Oil in Houston.

Steve has been instrumental in introducing products and solutions, programs, policies and partnerships that connect SBs with technology, capital, networks and markets. He is the executive sponsor for the Dell Womenâ€™s Entrepreneur Network, creator of Dellâ€™s EIR program (which Rep. Honda modeled the Federal EIR program after) to develop a bridge between Dell and the SMB marketplace including the launch of the Dell Innovators Credit Fund and various entrepreneurial policy efforts.
Steve is an executive champion for SMBs at Dell and has been instrumental in launching and sustaining a number of initiatives to support entrepreneurs and business owners, including the Dell Womenâ€™s Entrepreneur Network, Entrepreneur in Residence program, Take Your Own Path campaign and Small Business Excellence Awards, among others.
