In 2005, Dina launched the Live R.I.C.H. (Respect, Integrity, Customer focus and Having fun in the process) campaign and book to promote the company’s Code of Values and to instill the corporate culture to a growing company.

Dwyer-Owens spearheaded the reintroduction of VetFran, a program offering incentives for military veterans to open a franchise. Today, over 460 franchise companies participate. In the past year, the total number of veteran-owned franchise businesses among the most military-friendly franchisors jumped nearly 4,000 or 35 percent to a record 11,469. Her company, The Dwyer Group, has assisted more than 250 veterans go into business for themselves, totaling $1.4 million in financial assistance.
Dina Dwyer-Owens currently leads 1,300 independent franchise owners across the U.S. and Canada to excel through The Dwyer Group's franchise systems. She personally teaches a "Design Your Life" course based on her "L.I.V.E. Rich" book, teaching them to build success in their companies and lives through a proven Code of Values. In Jan. 2012, Dwyer-Owens put her reputation on the line to appear on Undercover Boss, seeking to share the story of her brands and the struggles of small business owners.
