Sandy Carter is Vice President of Social Business Evangelism at IBM. She is the best selling author of two books: “The New Language of Business: SOA & Web 2.0”, and “The New Language of Marketing 2.0: Social Media." Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math and computer science from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard.
