Nicole is the founder of the Small Business Finance Forum as well as being an Associate in the Society of Actuaries. As she says, "I like to call myself a numbers whisperer and I specialize in taming unruly profits."
Nicole draws on her experience in companies large and small to help businesspeople overcome their fear while making finance fun.
Since her early days as an actuary, Nicole has worked as a CFO
internationally, an Investment Banker, launched an import business, worked as an Executive Recruiter, and most recently consulted on a variety of finance related projects which led to the Small Business Finance Forum.
She also hosts a weekly BlogTalkRadio show, SmallBizFinance, combining humor with practical finance insights. Her forthcoming book, How to be a Finance Rock Star, will be an easy, practical guide to mastering small business finance.
Contributions
In 1999 Nicole was named Vice President & CFO for Aetna Philippines. At age 26, she became the youngest CFO for the company. Today she is on a mission to free small business owners from the fear of finance, and humor is her weapon of choice.
