After more than ten years of lobbying in Washington, D.C. on behalf of small business and government procurement, Martin‐Rosa began to see that a void in representation existed for small businesses. In her quest to fill the void, Martin-Rosa founded her company, Government Business Solutions.
Martin-Rosa also serves as Advisor on Government Contracts to American Express OPEN®.

Martin-Rosa founded Government Business Solutions knowing that she could help SMB owners grow their business by guiding them through the confusing maze of federal government proposals and contracts. By advising small businesses to get SBA certification, they became eligible for over $200 billion every year that go to small business from the federal government contracts.
