Today, he counts hair salons, accountants, educational consultants, and other small business among his clients. Craig works with them to create a social marketing plan that is right for them. Utilizing tools such as Facebook, Foursquare, Twitter, and blogs, he help his clients engage their customers in real time. In addition, he is an Authorized Constant Contact Local Expert providing training and assistance with e-mail and social media marketing. Craig is also a Continuing Education Lecturer at Hofstra University, where he helps small business owners begin their journey through social media, teaching Hands-On Courses in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and GooglePlus.

Craig is a contributing author and Board Member for Digital Brand Marketing Education, a non-profit resource for digital media education. In addition, he provides classes to the National Association of Professional Women on social marketing, and has spoken through the SCORE program.
Craig is consistently giving help to the local small businesses, often with no compensation. It is his mission to move them into the 21st century's version of marketing. By educating them in the best practices of social media, his hope is to create marketers that are engaging, informative, and helpful.
