Ree Williams is a Small Business Development Specialist, Small Business Advocate, and Business and Community Mentor.
As a long time entrepreneur, Ree Williams founded In the Pinc out of an understanding of how important it is for women of color to have a place "of their own", where they will have the valuable opportunity to see themselves celebrated and not just tolerated.
In the Pinc is a supportive hub where women of color can obtain quality business building education information, business resources, business building tools, network, and connect with other business owners and new buying prospects.
Contributions
Since the launch of Ree Williams' organization in January, 2010, In the Pinc has connected with thousands of women of color entrepreneurs, all around the world. In the Pinc has helped women of color embrace their possibilities. Through monthly business building events, workshops, tele consulting, and the creation of the Black Business Women's Expo, In the Pinc has been an encouraging force behind women of color, empowering them to step out of fear and step into their business dreams.
Ree Williams is a Champion for women of color desiring to be successful small business owners. Women of color are starting businesses, however, unfortunately, due to a lack of organized support, their businesses fail as quick as they begin. Ree's organization, In the Pinc is a forum that gives women entrepreneurs of color, the opportunity to receive culturally sensitive support, as well as, valuable business building education, resources and tools.
