Matthew Trifiro is SVP Marketing for Desk.com (now a Salesforce.com company). Desk.com builds tools that help small businesses tame overflowing inboxes and turn customer service into Customer Wow.

Trifiro served as a co-founder and CEO of e-commerce breakout 1000 Markets (sold to Bonanza) and a co-founder of the interactive television juggernaut Wink Communications (IPO, NASDAQ).

Contributions

Trifiro served on the national board of the Trust for Public Land for 7 years, and was Chairman for Commonweal Communities, a non-profit housing developer. He has been involved in startup marketing his whole life.
