Kip is the Founder of the Entrepreneurs Club Radio program where he is the host. The show broadcasts on AM1330 WELW radio. The show features interviews with successful entrepreneurs who deliver entrepreneurial war stories and lessons for other entrepreneurs. The show is streamed live at WELW.com.

Prior to that he was the Founder and President of Marlow Surgical Technologies, where he managed the company for 22 years. It held 13 patents and marketed speciality surgical instruments throughout the world.
