Chris is the CEO and Cofounder of Mercantile Capital Corporation, the SBA 504 Loan Experts, a nationwide, commercial lending firm that specializes in providing smarter commercial property financing for business owners and entrepreneurs buying their commercial property. Through May 31, 2012, Mercantile has closed commercial loans worth more than $898.9 million in total project costs across 34 states plus Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, while creating or retaining 6,154 jobs.

Chris has appeared on FOX Business News 4 times commenting on small business issues, and been in such publications as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur, Forbes.

He's also the CEO/Cofounder of Kennedy’s, a franchised men's barbershop concept (13 locations open, so far) that offers the finest haircuts for men, the lost art of straight-razor shaves, and a modern selection of grooming products all within a membership-based, nostalgic club-like atmosphere.
