Erica Cosminsky is an HR Business Strategist for small businesses. She can slog through the pile of applicants and help deliver the best assistant to your “office door”, she transforms mile long to-do lists into manageable bites, and like your best friend after a raging party, she sticks around to offer assistance or clean up any messes, etc.

Erica is a work-at-home single mother, with a degree in Organizational Leadership focused in Human Resources. After her B.S., Erica decided to pursue her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology focused in Workplace Efficiency. Erica lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her 5 year old daughter Riley, and their cats. She loves being outdoors and the Nashville Predators.

Erica works with women on two goals: 1. to help women address their "Super Mom Complex" realizing they can't possibly do everything and stay sane and that they not feel guilty asking for help. 2. By asking for help, they make more money and create jobs.

Erica is to determined to help other women free themselves from huge to-do lists, allowing them to relax and spend time with their children. She is a master at simplifying to-do lists as well.
