Cindy Ramos-Davidson is the Chief Executive Officer of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Under the leadership of Ramos-Davidson, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce provides guidance, resources, and the tools needed for the success of the Borderland small, minority and women owned businesses.
While so much has been accomplished in her tenure as CEO of the Hispanic Chamber, Ramos-Davidson’s background includes a career in chamber work that reaches back to 1980.
Under the leadership of Ramos-Davidson, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has become one of the primary resources for small, minority and women-owned businesses in the region.

During her eleven-year tenure and under the leadership and vision of Ramos-Davidson, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has boosted its membership to over 1,000 and counting. The organization obtained its own location on I-10 and it continues to develop new services and resources so that local businesses can continue to grow, provide more jobs to the community and in it of itself create an impulse for the betterment of El Paso. As a female minority, small business expert & avid advocate of small minority and women owned businesses, Ramos-Davidson has focused her efforts on assuring access to capital, technological sophistication, diversification of people, products, & services for long term business sustainability and survival.
