At 26, Lindsay Pattan joined ALIVE Media Group to stabilize the events and digital departments of regional publication ALIVE Magazine under CEO, Elizabeth Tucker. After a successful revamp of the events department, Lindsay led ALIVE Magazine to an 800% increase in monthly digital revenue in 18 months. Through the introduction of content marketing services and a small business-focused influencer program, the digital department stabilized at 14% of monthly revenue, up from 3% in 2012.

Leading a taskforce of sales, content and digital professionals alongside Tucker, Lindsay conceptualized, tested and refined the first cross-category influencer network owned by a Midwest-based regional publication. MWIN broadened ALIVE Magazine's client base and connected the dots between ALIVE Media Group and top integrated marketing companies across the country. In 2015, Lindsay was promoted to partner and began overseeing MWIN as the fourth freestanding company under the ALIVE Media Group umbrella.
