Barbara Kasoff is President Emeritus and Co-Founder of Women Impacting Public Policy, Inc. (WIPP), founded in June, 2001, a nonpartisan public policy advocacy organization advocating on behalf of its coalition of 4.7 million businesswomen including 75 business organizations. WIPP identifies important trends and opportunities and provides a collaborative model for the public and private sectors to increase the economic power of women-owned businesses. Barbara previously owned Voice-Tel of Michigan, a voice messaging enterprise. For many years, Barbara has been an active supporter for small businesses, and women entrepreneurs in particular. She continues this work nationally and internationally educating and advocating on the important policy issues that affect their business growth and health and to provide them the resource and support to allow them to continue to create jobs and fuel the nation’s economy.
