A marketing expert and visionary, Gail Goodman has revolutionized the way that small businesses and nonprofit organizations can effectively and affordably build relationships with their customers, clients, members, and donors. Since taking leadership of Constant Contact, she has led the company through its initial public offering in 2007, numerous product launches and acquisitions, and to more than half a million customers worldwide today. In 2012, Gail authored the book Engagement Marketing: How Small Business Wins in a Socially Connected World (Wiley). She has been honored with numerous awards for her leadership, most recently the 2013 Tech Luminar Lifetime Achievement Award from Boston Business Journal/Mass High Tech. A member of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and the Board of Directors of SCORE, Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.
