Leads proved to be the biggest hurdle in growing her business. Lemere initially found leads via an outside sales rep and purchasing tradeshow booths and print ads. In 2012 Lemere implemented Infusionsoft, allowing her to streamline lead-qualification and the process of obtaining new clients. This ultimately helped grow her business as forms now pre-qualify leads, eliminating most advertising costs and increasing the company’s net profit. This has resulted in efficiencies that let Lemere’s team focus on servicing only the most qualified clients. The business experienced 300 percent growth last year on high-end services, 150 percent growth on low-end subscriptions and a 30 percent reduction in expenses.
